Panamerican Championships Qualifying Totals For Men

For the Panamerican Championships, official IWF Masters age groups are used, meaning that lifters must be 35 years of age as of December 31, 2010, or older.
Furthermore a minimum qualifying total must have been reached between July 1, 2009 and to May 15, 2010.

Canadian Championships Criteria for Men and Women

The Canadian championships are held jointly with the Panamerican Championships. There are no qualifying totals required to participate. Furthermore, Canadian Masters accepts lifters age 30 (as of December 31, 2010) in an additional  age group.
 
You must however be a member in good standing of the Canadian Masters AND of your provincial association.  See the "attachements" section below for the 2010 Canadian Masters membership form. Note that if you were a member in 2009 your membership for 2010 was extended automatically. So only people who were not members in 2009 need to register.
